Mission Statement

The Friends of Lower Macungie Dog Park is all-volunteer group committed to bringing a Dog Park to Lower Macungie Township where dogs and their owners can play in a clean, safe and fun environment. 

Goals (Draft)

• To establish and build a fenced in, off-leash dog park in Lower Macungie Township where well-behaved canines, their owners and friends can exercise in a clean, safe and fun environment.  Target completion: 2016
  
• To raise the funds needed to create and maintain a community Dog Park so as to minimize the financial burden on the community.
  
• To provide a means of communication to ensure continued dog, owner and community recreation and education while promoting responsible dog ownership within our community.
